The Services are intended for business users and enterprise evaluation. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and, if you act on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Submitting a PoC application, demo request, or solution-pack inquiry does not create a paid subscription, deployment contract, or service-level commitment. Any paid engagement, implementation scope, SLA, or licensing terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.
